We are looking for a dynamic Senior Female Professional with proven experience in managing Shop-in-Shop (SIS) beauty formats with leading brands like Shoppers Stop, Health & Glow, Tira Beauty, Sephora, or similar The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in nail art/beauty services, team building, and retail negotiations This role requires end-to-end responsibility including kiosk space negotiations in Major Malls or High Street or Big Marketplaces, team recruitment, kiosk/store operations, customer experience, inventory, and reporting with minimal supervision Must be willing to travel frequently and drive business growth with confidence and energy Graduate Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or Cosmetology preferred (but strong SIS + Nail/Beauty Service background mandatory)
