Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop in charge to join our dynamic team at a company in Nalanchira, Trivandrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shop and take care of the same and the responsibility assigned to them.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Overseeing all daily store operations
· Focusing on leading staff
· Ensuring excellent customer service and managing inventory and sales
· Maintaining store appearance
· Handling finances and enforcing company policies for profitability
· Creating a positive shopping environment
Qualifications & Skills:
· Degree preferred
· Minimum 1 year experience
