We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our ever growing retail FMCG company in Kozhikode, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various positions in the organization • Develop and execute training and development programs for employees at all levels • Monitor and maintain employee performance and appraisal processes • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention rates • Manage employee grievance redressal mechanisms and maintain harmonious employee relations • Manage HR information systems and employee databases Requirements: • MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field • Minimum 3 year experience in HR operations , preferably in Retail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Language Proficiency in Malayalam and English Mandatory. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems If you are passionate about HR operations in the retail FMCG industry and want to be part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
