Our personal care brand is currently seeking a creative Photographer & Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling visual content that showcases our products and brand ethos. Working within our fully equipped in-house studio, you will manage both product and model shoots, oversee shoot production, maintain studio operations, and handle post-production tasks including photo and video editing. Key Responsibilities: Product Shoots: - Conceptualize and execute high-quality product photography and videography that highlight the unique features and benefits of our personal care products. - Ensure each shoot aligns with our brand aesthetics and marketing objectives. Model Shoots: - Organize and direct model shoots that capture the lifestyle and values of our brand. - Collaborate with models, stylists, and makeup artists to achieve the desired visual narrative. Shoot Production: - Plan and manage all aspects of shoot production, including scheduling, creative concept development, and coordination with team members and external partners. - Oversee set design, lighting, and other technical elements to ensure smooth execution. Studio Management & Equipment Care: - Oversee the daily operations of our in-house studio, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment. - Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition. Post-Production: - Edit and retouch photographs to deliver polished, brand-consistent images. - Edit video content to create engaging final products for use across marketing channels. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, ideally within the personal care, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. - A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product and model shoots. - Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and studio equipment. - Advanced skills in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). - Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail, creative vision, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
