Content Creation Create and edit captions, reels, stories, and short-form videos that align with the Bridlen brand. Support product shoots and behind-the-scenes coverage at the workshop. Write engaging content for posts, emailers, and website updates. Develop mood boards that reflect the brand identity and campaign direction. 2. Management Maintain a structured weekly/monthly calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality posting. Plan content around product launches, campaigns, and seasonal brand moments. Hands-on, execution-focused, with space to learn and grow. Supports team, creative director and founders in strategy, but owns daily execution. Focus on storytelling + tactical posting rather than high-level campaign planning. Requirements 1–2 years experience in social media/content creation. Strong content writing and communication skills. Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and luxury/fashion branding. Basic skills in Canva or video editing apps. Adobe Suite is a bonus! Interest in craftsmanship, shoes, or fashion (preferred).
