Will be responsible for the Quality checks cut to shipment of given product range in given factory 2. Responsible to check Quality complete production cycle from: Leather, Raw Material, semi-finished goods and finished products in line mid line, Final qc 3. Will ensure all the quality norms are followed and implement the given SOP’s of buyers during production to meet the buyer’s requirements 4. Will be responsible to make daily and monthly quality reports and submit to the Management 5. Discuss with Buyers to resolve any quality issues and find out solutions to implement in production 6. Lead Quality team efficiently to ensure quality norms are met. Keeping team update with all info related to quality of product 7. Should know how to make quality reports on ERP, Implement Quality SOP’s and other related software's Required Skills: 1. Should be from Garments Industry with relevant exp. Of 10 to 15yrs in quality deparment of footwear 2. Degree or Diploma in garments mfg. from a reputed institution: FDDI, CFTI, GLI 3. Working experience in Garments Export Unit in Quality team is must. Knowledge Computer Operations, ERP and making of Quality reports 4. Good in Communication skills with team handling and garments quality checks is must Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
