Shoe Designer

As a Creative Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creative designing and development for Hawaii molds, including top plate, bottom plate, and PVC strap designs. Your role will involve creating new and innovative profiles for Hawaii, as well as designing innovative sole side designs. You will need to send the finalized profiles and sole designs in CDR files to the Product Development Engineer (PDE) for Die development. Additionally, you will be responsible for grading final artworks and releasing them in CDR format to the production unit for die making. In this role, you will also be required to conduct colour forecasting for Hawaii, participate in market ideation, and handle the final sample preparation, handing over the samples to PDE. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and hold a qualification in B.Des, Creative Designing, or FDDI. Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw is essential for this role.
