We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will take charge of positioning SWOL as the best skill development institute , increasing our reach, and amplifying our brand presence. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage and grow SWOL’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Create eye-catching graphics, posts, and marketing material using Canva, Illustrator, and InDesign. Optimize SEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking across search engines. Curate engaging content tailored to market needs , aligning with SWOL’s mission. Handle and update SWOL’s website to ensure it reflects the brand effectively. Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the leadership team to build and scale the startup brand . What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media management, content creation). Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign . Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences. Ability to think creatively and strategically while understanding market dynamics . A self-starter mindset with passion for building a brand from the ground up .
