Job Title: Sales Executive – Cloud Email Solutionsn Company Overview: Shivcloud Private Limited Shivcloud Pvt Ltd is a trusted IT solutions provider specializing in Cloud Email Services, IT Support, and Productivity Tools . We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Eldeco Sidcul Industrial Park, Uttarakhand . Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads. Promote and sell Cloud Email Services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Rediffmail) . Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos. Understand client requirements and recommend the right solution. Prepare quotations/proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Update sales records and reports in Excel/CRM . Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Fluent in English (speaking & writing) with excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and IT services . Strong presentation and negotiation skills . Experience in IT/SaaS/Cloud sales preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and within a team. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Commerce (preferred). 1–3 years of sales experience in IT or related field. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
