Purchase Executive – Job Description We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to oversee the procurement of goods and services. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers (Domestic & International), negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable Domestic/ international suppliers. Inventory & Cost Management: Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Monitor and control purchase budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or delivery. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, logistics, and product development teams. Provide timely updates on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving supplier-related issues and disputes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in an Purchase import environment.
