Role & responsibilities This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Pune. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for the following - Identify new leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting products to increase sales Planning and executing marketing and sales strategies Visiting corporate offices and construction sites Coordinating with accounts and dispatch team to ensure customer satisfaction Following up with customers to ensure timely payments Note : This job involves field work and requires daily travel in and around Pune (This is strictly a field job) Preferred candidate profile Min. experience of 5 years in plumbing or sanitaryware industry (mandatory ; freshers shouldn't apply) Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the distribution business/real estate/projects is a plus What You'll Get Salary : As per industry standards (not a constraint for the right candidate) Incentive : Additionally ; As a % of sales you bring in (more you sell, more you earn) Yearly bonus Additional support : Tele-caller to assist in follow-ups , info on new leads, technical and strategic guidance from experts Training : One week of training to help you understand the product and industry
