We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding Executive to join our team and drive our tender and vendor registration processes. Role Overview: The Bidding Executive will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and preparing bids for tenders from government companies, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and corporate entities. The role also involves managing the vendor registration process to ensure Shivam Cast Products is successfully onboarded as a vendor with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Tender Identification and Analysis: Actively search and identify relevant tenders on government, PSU, and corporate tender portals. Study tender documents thoroughly to understand scope, requirements, and terms. Evaluate qualifying criteria to ensure alignment with company capabilities. Bid Preparation and Submission: Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation for tender bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary technical, financial, and legal documents. Submit bids within stipulated deadlines, ensuring all submission guidelines are followed. Vendor Registration: Identify opportunities to register Shivam Cast Products as a vendor with government, PSU, and corporate clients. Study and fulfill qualifying requirements for vendor registration. Prepare and submit complete documentation for vendor onboarding processes. Follow up with clients to ensure successful registration and maintain updated vendor profiles. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of all tender applications, bid submissions, and vendor registration documents. Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory and client-specific standards. Market Research and Coordination: Stay updated on tender trends, government policies, and industry requirements. Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure bid and vendor registration accuracy. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in tender management, bidding processes, or vendor registration (preferred). Strong understanding of government and PSU tender portals and processes. Excellent documentation and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portal navigation. Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
