Vendor Management & Sourcing Identify and develop reliable international suppliers for raw materials, components, and finished goods. Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure the best quality and pricing. Maintain supplier database and track supplier performance. 2. Purchase Planning & Negotiation Prepare and process purchase orders for imported goods. Negotiate payment terms, incoterms, delivery schedules, and freight conditions. Ensure purchase decisions align with budget and lead time requirements. 3. Import Documentation & Coordination Handle complete import documentation — Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc. Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth clearance.
