We specialize in the design and execution of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) tailored to industrial, warehousing, logistics, and institutional needs. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager with deep knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building systems . The candidate should be capable of identifying business opportunities, engaging with clients and consultants, and driving revenue growth through solution-based selling in the PEB segment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients across industrial, warehousing, logistics, and commercial sectors. Generate and follow up on leads to convert into long-term business opportunities. Prepare and present customized PEB proposals, including technical and commercial aspects. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets as defined by the management. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers. Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle. Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and coordinate with technical teams. Industry & Product Expertise: Maintain strong understanding of PEB components, materials, load-bearing systems, and fabrication methods. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, pricing models, and customer preferences. Work closely with internal engineering and execution teams to ensure alignment of client expectations and project deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or related field. (MBA preferred) 5–10 years of experience in selling Pre-Engineered Buildings or related construction solutions. Proven track record in handling high-value industrial/commercial projects. Strong understanding of PEB systems, load calculations, structural components, and project execution timelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments. Preferred Traits: Self-driven and target-oriented. Space Selling: Effectively present the value proposition of Wahter and convince potential brands and advertising agencies to use our media space. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with the clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and target market insights to inform sales strategies. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate sales reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Minimum 3-7 years of proven experience in B2B media sales, preferably in the Print, OOH, BTL or Exhibition industry. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage Media Buyers, Planners, Brand Managers and decision-makers. Excellent ability to identify the right mix of clients for our new media space and persuasion skills to close deals. Deep understanding of the media space selling vertical and current market trends. Strong exposure in Corporate, Retail or Govt. sectors.
