The Printing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the print production process, managing printing and bindery operations, and ensuring high-quality output. Day-to-day tasks include supervising production staff, coordinating print jobs, maintaining equipment, and managing schedules. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and continuous improvement of the production process. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Must possess strong supervisory skills to effectively manage a team. Print Production: Experience in print production and printing processes is required. Bindery: Knowledge and experience in bindery operations are essential. Communication: Excellent communication skills are necessary for coordinating with staff and ensuring smooth operations. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are beneficial Experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is a plus.
