Shipping Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain vessel maintenance and docking schedules in line with class, flag, and company requirements.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities onboard vessels using computerized maintenance systems (e.g., AMOS, ShipNet, or similar).
• Coordinate with technical superintendents and chief engineers to ensure timely execution of planned maintenance.
• Prepare work packages and activity plans for drydocking, repairs, and major overhauls.
• Track vessel performance data, maintenance compliance, and inspection schedules (class, flag, PSC, ISM).
• Analyze planned maintenance records to identify recurring issues and recommend optimization measures.
• Support budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance and docking projects.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of spare parts, tools, and services required for planned jobs.
• Prepare progress reports, Gantt charts, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Ensure maintenance records are updated, accurate, and audit-ready for class and regulatory inspections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
