We have an opening with ANTOLIN for the position of Receiving Clerk in for our Antolin Chakan . Responsibilities: A Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt and inspection of incoming shipments, primarily for parts, supplies, and equipmentThis role involves verifying orders, unpacking items, checking for damage, and maintaining recordsThey also play a role in inventory management and may be involved in preparing outbound shipments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1-Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials. 2-Verify that shipments match the purchase order or delivery note in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications. 3- Check goods for any damages or defects and report discrepancies to the relevant department or supplier. 4- Maintain accurate records of all incoming goods, including the documentation such as delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices. 6- Organize and store received materials or products in designated storage areas in an efficient and safe manner. 7 Label and tag goods as required, ensuring proper identification and categorization of stock 8- Perform regular checks to ensure that goods in the store are properly accounted for and match the records. 9- Coordinate with the Store oprator to resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
