Role Overview: You will be involved in bulk hiring for various positions in Faridabad and Jaipur. The available positions include Shipment Associates, Process Associates, Supervisors, and Housekeeping staff. The compensation for these roles includes a CTC of up to Rs. 22,000 along with an attendance bonus. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct bulk hiring for over 400 openings in Faridabad and Jaipur. - Fill roles such as Shipment Associates, Process Associates, Supervisors, and Housekeeping staff. - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth recruitment processes. - Manage the onboarding process for new hires. - Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. - Proven experience in bulk hiring and recruitment processes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
