Handling all the pick-ups, deliveries of the major customer. Taking care of all inbound calls and follow-up with team for urgent deliveries & pickups. Handling with team queries regarding the status of the consignment. Arranging priority deliveries and vendor Deliveries, of the urgent consignments hold at various destinations. Driver Co-ordination. Handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-up on customer requests or concerns. Provide customers with accurate information about services, pricing, and delivery times.
