You will be responsible for the hard data validation and maintenance of DC projects, along with maintaining hard records. Your duties will also include preparing delivery challans and e-way bills, confirming PODs from sites, updating material sheets for ongoing projects, and handling FOC material acknowledgment copies from various sites. Additionally, you will need to follow up with suppliers for Class C items, dispatch shipments from sites including final DG dispatch DC & E-way bill, maintain dispatch documents, dispatch FOC material to sites as per requirements, track FOC material at sites, generate vehicle tracking reports, update commodity folders, and coordinate at Packager facility during final shipment. To be successful in this role, you should be a graduate, preferably in any stream, with the relevant experience mentioned above. A work experience of 2-3 years in a similar role is required, and having experience in the Supply Chain department will be beneficial.,
