You will be responsible for day-to-day shipment activities, including ensuring proper follow-up with shipping lines and agents for House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Master Bill of Lading (MBL). Your role will involve coordinating with customers, network partners, and agents to support the sales team and procure rates from shipping lines. It is crucial to oversee the shipment process until it reaches the end customer, proactively responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions. Maintaining 100% accuracy on Bill of Lading (BL) without any discrepancies is essential. You will be expected to generate and update MIS reports and other daily reports regularly. Additionally, you must be prepared to handle any other tasks assigned by the Manager efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience and hold a degree in any field. The ideal candidate would fall within the age range of 28 to 35 years. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick leave, and a provident fund. The working schedule is during day shifts, and there is a yearly bonus provided. The work location will be in person.
