Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient shipments. Coordinate with courier partners and delivery agents to optimize shipment routes and reduce delays. Monitor real-time tracking and resolve delivery issues proactively. Ensure compliance with SLAs, TATs, and service quality benchmarks. Handle customer escalations related to last-mile deliveries and provide quick resolutions. Maintain records of delivery performance, exceptions, and optimize logistics workflows. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, and Tech) to improve delivery efficiency. Assist in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives for last-mile operations. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience in last-mile delivery operations, preferably in logistics or e-commerce. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in logistics management tools and real-time tracking systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills for liaising with delivery partners and resolving escalations. Qualifications & Skills: 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management (preferably in logistics). Strong communication and relationship management skills.
