About the Project Mobile Community Outreach Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) In collaboration with the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, this initiative provides mobile services including early intervention, healthcare, and rehabilitation. The project supports individuals with disabilities in accessing government schemes, disability certification, assistive devices, and other benefits. It aims to empower PWDs to lead valued, inclusive, and productive lives.
