Position Title: Driver Mobile Community Outreach Rehabilitation Project Location: Gurugram Type of Employment: Contractual (Renewable based on project requirements) Number of Positions: 02 Reporting To: Project Manager Monthly Salary: 25,000 (Inclusive of all taxes) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off) Timings: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (8 hours per day) Holidays: As per The Hans Foundations holiday list About The Hans Foundation (THF) Established in 2009, The Hans Foundation is a Public Charitable Trust committed to enhancing the quality of life for underprivileged communities in India. It collaborates with governments, corporates, academic institutions, and civil society for sustainable, impactful interventions. About the Project Mobile Community Outreach Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) In collaboration with the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, this initiative provides mobile services including early intervention, healthcare, and rehabilitation. The project supports individuals with disabilities in accessing government schemes, disability certification, assistive devices, and other benefits. It aims to empower PWDs to lead valued, inclusive, and productive lives. Key Responsibilities Operate the assigned vehicle according to the designated route plan Ensure timely servicing, upkeep, and cleanliness of the vehicle Maintain accurate records including fuel usage, logbooks, and maintenance checks Assist the outreach team in managing crowds and maintaining order during field visits Support professionals in the mobile unit to ensure smooth delivery of services Record and maintain basic documentation related to outreach cases Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications & Requirements Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary (12th Pass) Experience: Minimum 710 years of professional driving experience Must hold a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License Other Skills: Basic record-keeping skills Discipline, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions Familiarity with local routes and safe driving practices Ability to support operational logistics during field activities Role Category: Transport Operations Industry Type: NGO / Social Services Department: Field Operations Disability & Health Projects Employment Type: Full-Time (Contractual, Project-Based) Keywords / Key Skills: Heavy Vehicle Driving | Vehicle Maintenance | Outreach Support | Mobile Medical Units | Transport Management | Community Services | Healthcare Logistics | Disability Services
