Identify patterns in customer issues and escalate recurring problems to help develop scalable solutions. Suggest and implement minor process improvements to streamline operations. Flag potential operational or delivery risks to leadership in a timely manner. Uphold confidentiality standards and adhere to Amazons data protection and privacy policies. Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets for quality and productivity. Be adaptable to shifting responsibilities across functions based on business needs. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably with a background in French language). 02 years of relevant experience in French-language support or related roles. Proficiency in French (B2 level minimum) and English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Additional Details This is a work-from-office role with rotational shifts (24/7 support), including weekends and holidays.
