About the Role

Join the CXQO 3P Customer Service team at Amazon, where we strive to create a seamless experience for our customers by promptly addressing their concerns. Were seeking highly motivated individuals who are fluent in French and English to manage customer queries and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, SIMs, and voice calls, ensuring a high standard of support.
  • Demonstrate fluency in French (B2 level or higher) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Handle customer interactions with empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and escalate recurring problems to help develop scalable solutions.
  • Suggest and implement minor process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Flag potential operational or delivery risks to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and adhere to Amazons data protection and privacy policies.
  • Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets for quality and productivity.
  • Be adaptable to shifting responsibilities across functions based on business needs.
  • Promote team performance and maintain a high-quality customer support experience in a metrics-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably with a background in French language).
  • 02 years of relevant experience in French-language support or related roles.
  • Proficiency in French (B2 level minimum) and English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Additional Details

  • This is a work-from-office role with rotational shifts (24/7 support), including weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates must be flexible with shifts and functional roles, as per operational requirements.
