Role & responsibilities Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop detailed project schedules, defining activities, durations, dependencies, and resource requirements. Utilize scheduling software to create and maintain project plans, incorporating baseline schedules, updates, and forecasts. Analyse project progress, identify critical paths, and monitor schedule performance based on Company Requirements 2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking and Monitoring Project schedule Shop Drawing Schedule Procurement & Production Schedule On Site Activity Progress with S-curves and productivity Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for Site Management, HQ and Client as per company Requirements Coordinate for Setup and Maintain Project Tracking Dashboards in Power Bi for all Progress Tracking Propose ideas/ processes to improve data collection and tracking 3. Method Statements/SOP: Preparation of Details MS for Critical Project Activities in-line with Company Requirements Coordination for preparation of detailed 4D activity sequences etc. 4. ICT/DX Implementation on Projects Responsible for setup/maintenance of Project Management Software ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) Coordinate with IT team and various depts for implementation of various ICT on Project Site to streamline processes, improve productivity and communication. Propose ideas/ coordinate with various team to meet SDG goals set by Site Management. Preferred candidate profile Industrial project experience preferred; prior experience with Japanese companies is an advantage
