Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR coordination, NGO partnerships, or corporate fundraising. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English , Hindi , and Gujarati (as needed). Ability to build credibility with senior CSR stakeholders and close high-value deals. Strong documentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills. Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within India.
