The Account Manager will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as liaising with donors and stakeholders to provide financial updates and reports. Qualifications Financial management skills such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Experience with daily financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports Knowledge of compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards Excellent communication skills to liaise with donors and stakeholders Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Pune Prior experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
