SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Job Description: As a Shift Incharge at the company, your primary responsibility will be to execute the production plan and optimize the resources required for it. Safety is a top priority over production in this role. Your tasks will include: - Continuously monitoring all equipment, identifying any problems, and taking necessary actions to eliminate them - Ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment - Managing daily production schedules by checking and maintaining raw material availability for each batch in coordination with the production manager - Coordinating with operators to ensure product quality, quantity, and batch cycle time meet set norms - Strictly following all process and safety parameters (Process Control) - Maintaining pollution norms within specified limits - Coordinating with the engineering department to address plant-related problems that occur during the shift - Being responsible for work permits and allocating manpower for shift operations - Maximizing throughput and asset efficiency - Timely completion of the job card and being accountable for the entire material balance - Supervising filling and labeling operations and ensuring their smooth operation - Practicing safe work habits during shift operations, such as conducting Tool Box Meetings and REX sharing - Minimizing waste (time, products, etc.) - Maintaining proper shift communications, daily production reports, and idle time statistics - Taking responsibility for the entire housekeeping of the plant Desired Profile: In the context of a large variety of manufacturing and filling processes, complexity of product range and customer demands, and being a cost-driven activity, it is necessary to be a low-cost producer. Your key accountabilities will include Quality, Asset efficiency, Production planning achievement, and Safety.
