General Duties: Shift in-charge (All 3 shifts) Hand-over : Take charge at start of shift. Collect daily report from incumbent security in-charge. Go through report, mails and ask about any special occurrences. Deployment of Manpower : The shift in-charge conducts pre-shift briefing and then deploys the security manpower, based on the set schedule. In-charge decides to whom to deploy to the defined posts, and in case of absenteeism either asks personnel to continue through an extra shift or pulls up personnel from the following shift.
