Mahindra Logistics is currently hiring for Warehouse Operations Executive for Ranjangoan, Pune Location. No. of Position: 4 Role & responsibilities Maintaining Shift level over all operations Independently Supervision of IATD RM Issuance area to keep it upkeep and well maintain in terms of accuracy,5S,Safety. Attend the Tier-1 meeting with customer and put warehouse point for reservation any point not resolve within 3 day then same informed to sandip sir. Coordinate with Production team day level support, escalation if any. Maintain Customer defence KPI with 100% accuracy and discussed with customer daily basis for their understanding and assumption. Maintain all the MIS report and share with customer with define timeline & Accuracy. Resolve day level issue/Escalation with systematic approach as well close all the mail communication same day, if not tell them timeline. Take utmost care whilw handling hazardous material movement from Red label to shop floor area. Verified transactional accuracy shift level. Cantrol Sub vendor Operation & send them vehicle as per production demand Maintain FIFO & 5S in respective godown,Expiry stock & Rejection stock kept separate and Demarcation area 100% putway done after unloading and U transaction MLT done immediate basis as well as N traction MLT done after quality clearance. All the rejection sent back to customer within 7 days if any difficulty there reach out customer & Concern person for help. Cantrol Kanban Issuance in While material issuance on shop floor. Followed GMP guidline in daily operation. Interacting with all the down the line team & understand their all operation related concern. Utmost usage of excel software which is developed for Warehouse Improvement Do the cycle count of define area as per procedure Issued material 2 hously basis do not dump material in single time. Do tha accurate MLT of issued material in shop floor Followed all safety Norms while working in WH & Production shop floor.
