Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously work to improve them Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering. 5-10 years of hands-on experience in casting, forging, machining, and stamping production . Experience in metal and Electrical components assembly and shop floor management. Strong experience in managing shift teams , handling labor, and shop floor discipline. Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machines , jigs & fixtures, and tool handling. Working knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO/IATF standards .
