Shift Officer/Supervisor/Incharge - Worsted Spinning

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will play a key role in achieving target production and efficiency according to the production plan by optimizing all available resources. You will be responsible for following all quality parameters of each machine, identifying and rectifying abnormalities through an effective check system, implementing and monitoring delivery schedules, and maintaining discipline and management activities within the department. Key Responsibilities: - Minimize spindle to spindle variation and ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery through implementation and planning - Conduct database analysis, follow up on process parameters at all stages, and ensure zero non-confirmative production for delivery accountability - Improve material working practices and system follow-up for waste control, monitor machines and shifts, and follow system guidelines - Implement an effective charge system, cross-check worker checkpoints, participate in management activities for team building, gather feedback from SQC, and follow up on WCM activities for machine-wise check points Qualifications Required: - Experience in Worsted Spinning preferred - Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Textiles,
