To prepare / review the master document like- SOP, s, BPR, Qualification Protocol, etc. in computer system. To perform required activities in Glenmark Gyan and OpenText.
To manufacture and fill the batches as per written approved procedures.
To handle the manpower and manage them accordingly.
To perform batch packing activity as per respective batch records & filling of batch documentation like-BPR, daily logs, etc.
To comply the regulatory requirement as per regulations with ATR.
To initiate QMS and perform investigation as per SOP.
To prepare micro level planning of designated and define area.
To co-ordinate the service oriented department likes Engineering, QA, QC, RM Store, and Admin. For better planning and execution.
To follow GMP and SOP at every stage.
To look after all the shop floor activity of assigned area-routine activity.
To complete the assigned job precisely.
To suggest new ideas to increase productivity.
To handle the manpower and manage them accordingly.
To prepare the entire master document like SOP, BPR qualification protocol etc in computer system.
To use the computer system (MS-word, MS-excel, Power point) for preparation of reports and other documents.
Reporting of Incident or Deviation Execution of qualification activity. To investigate the yield loss, preparation of yield trends.
To increase the manpower productivity.
To follow and ensure all safety instructions at each step.
Ensure the person is trained on the work assigned
