Job Description

You have 10 to 14 years of experience and your role involves hands-on experience with operation of Fermenters, Nutrient dosing vessels, Media preparation vessels, and CIP tanks. You are responsible for equipment cleaning, monitoring, and ensuring housekeeping activities are maintained. Additionally, you calibrate pH meters, verify standard weights of weighing balances, and monitor and maintain raw material/product inventory in coordination with superiors. Your key responsibilities include: - Requesting raw materials from the Stores through the Material Requisition Slip - Conducting in-process product sampling - Performing data entry in Quality records - Monitoring and coordinating with Maintenance and Instrumentation team for maintenance and breakdown activities - Monitoring the equipment qualifications and requalifications plan - Handling e-BMR (SAP) activities - Coordinating with SCM and planning raw material and production batches - Having sound knowledge on Automation systems like DCS/MES/EMS Your qualifications should include a BTech, BSc, or MSc in Bio-Technology.,
