Position Title: Shift In-Charge / Plant In-Charge

Location : Dahej

Department: Production

Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Experience : 5 to 8 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong background in Food Colors and Dyes industry
• Hands-on experience with products such as Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow, Alura Red, etc.
• Oversee and manage plant/shift operations to ensure smooth production activities
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards
• Control version management and ensure timely revisions of documents.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with different teams for production planning and execution
• Train, guide, and supervise the team for efficient operations
