The company is actively seeking Medical Coders and AR Callers with over one year of experience. This role provides an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Medical Coder. The Medical Coder will be responsible for accurately coding medical records using the appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes. Key day-to-day tasks include reviewing physician notes and diagnostic reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and collaborating with healthcare providers for clarification. The role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure proper billing and reimbursement. Qualifications Experience in Medical Coding and familiarity with Coding Experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Health Information Management Certification such as RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) is preferred Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards Proficiency with coding software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or a related field is beneficial Strong written and verbal communication skills
