Accounts Management: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payments. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.). Administration Management: Handle day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently. Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and service contracts. Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications. Maintain HR-related records, attendance, and staff documentation. Support management in implementing policies and improving office procedures. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in accounts and office administration (2–5 years preferred). Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
