We are hiring a self-driven Area Sales Manager to independently lead and grow the industrial building product vertical. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B infrastructure sales experience who is seeking ownership, autonomy, and scale. Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for independently delivering aggressive revenue growth targets with clear accountability on closures and pipeline health. Develop and manage sales pipeline contractors, EPCs, architects, consultants Drive product approvals with key consultants across regions Lead complete sales process: lead generation proposal closure payment receivable. Organize and lead exhibitions, roadshows, and consultant meets Set up and maintain CRM system for sales tracking and forecasting Provide market intelligence and feedback for new product development (doors, windows, enclosures) Collaborate with plant and operations team for delivery schedules and costing strategy Report directly to leadership with monthly progress and forecasts Candidate Profile:- Experience:- 04-08 years in B2B industrial product sales (panels, PEB, warehouse, cold storage, doors, etc.) Domain Knowledge:- Industrial infrastructure, building materials, EPC/contractor ecosystem Sales Capability:- Proven track record of closing 5 Cr+/year B2B business Network :- Strong connections with architects, consultants, infra developers, EPCs Leadership:- Team building experience; ability to scale a vertical independently Geography:- North India Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) KPI -Target Business Growth- Consistently deliver strong revenue growth for the division Sales Closures -Achieve steady monthly closures. Lead Generation -Maintain healthy inflow of qualified leads. Consultant Approvals- Secure regular product approvals with consultants/EPCs Pipeline Health- Maintain strong and active pipeline CRM Discipline- Ensure disciplined tracking and reporting of pipeline and closures.
