The Opportunity This is not a traditional sales role. You will own the complete customer journey from initial prospecting through long-term account growth, combining sales development, presales expertise, deal closure and account management in one integrated position. This approach enables you to build deeper customer relationships and drive higher value outcomes than traditional segmented sales teams. Role Responsibilities Sales Development & Prospecting Research and identify enterprise retail chains, large-format stores, and technology companies Execute strategic multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads Conduct discovery calls to assess fit for ShelfPerks XL and consulting services Maintain CRM hygiene and gather competitive market intelligence Presales & Solution Design Conduct compelling product demonstrations and enterprise features Collaborate with prospects to understand challenges and map solutions Coordinate trial implementations and create tailored technical proposals Sales Closure & Negotiation Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations and deal structuring Navigate complex enterprise buying processes with multiple stakeholders Address objections regarding implementation, integration and ROI Accelerate deals through the pipeline within target timeframes Account Management & Growth Ensure seamless onboarding and adoption across client operations Identify expansion opportunities for additional locations, features, or consulting services Proactively manage contract renewals and promote engineering consulting services Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with enterprise accounts ($50,000+ ACV) Demonstrated track record managing complete sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Excellent English language communication skills for global market engagement Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions to diverse audiences Comfortable presenting demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Flexibility to work across multiple time zones for prospect meetings Self-motivated with demonstrated time management capabilities Proven experience building relationships in virtual environments Proficiency with video conferencing and collaboration tools Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Enterprise B2B sales experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals Background selling professional services or engineering consulting Multi-product sales experience (software and services) Experience in competitive SaaS markets Performance Expectations Generate 25+ qualified leads per month Achieve 25% demo-to-close conversion rate Maintain 60-90 day average sales cycle for enterprise deals Secure $150,000+ average annual contract value for ShelfPerks XL Compensation & Benefits Base salary with competitive commission structure Direct influence on product roadmap through customer feedback Required in Your Application: Specific examples of enterprise deals you have closed (deal size, sales cycle, your role) Your approach to managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously Availability for calls across global time zones Optional: Cover letter highlighting relevant multi-role sales experience Portfolio of sales materials or case studies you have created Company Information: Website: www.2497inc.com Product: www.shelfperks.com Enterprise Solutions: www.shelfperks.com/enterprise
