Position: Manager – Production Experience: 10- 15 years Location: Andhra Pradesh, Sricity Education: B.Tech – Textile, Experience Background: Home Textile, Bed & Bath, Textile Industry Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Produciton control, Manpower , CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM HOME TEXTILE ONLY Key Responsibilities - 1. To ensure productivity, quality as per standard. 2. Achieve OTIF (On time in full). 3. To ensure that the daily/monthly targeted production goals are achieved. 4. Meet the LSD (Last Shipment Date) in all products produced. 5. To ensure waste free, safe & organized work environment and develop Sub-ordinates. 6. Knowledge of implementing Good Manufacturing Process, new concepts, ideas, innovation to improve production. 7. Production planning for the lines (manpower & machine). 8. Giving instruction to the line supervisors 9. Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/ pieces) and plan for continuous improvement. 10. Discussion with other team members (like merchandiser, fabric manager , cutting team, planning, IE team) 11. To strictly follow the SOP for production and preventive maintenance. 12. To ensure that Lean Management – Single Line flow is implemented as per company’s goal. 13. To ensure that the factory inspection and social compliance policies of various customers are strictly adhered. 14. To ensure that all departments are strictly following ERP system. 15.
