Giving instruction to the line supervisors 9. Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/ pieces) and plan for continuous improvement. 10. Discussion with other team members (like merchandiser, fabric manager , cutting team, planning, IE team) 11. To strictly follow the SOP for production and preventive maintenance. 12. To ensure that Lean Management – Single Line flow is implemented as per company’s goal. 13. To ensure that the factory inspection and social compliance policies of various customers are strictly adhered. 14. To ensure that all departments are strictly following ERP system. 15.
