Position- GM Project - Construction contracting company for Industrial/ Warehouse project Location- Chennai/ Pune Experience- 20+ Years CTC- 30-40 LPA Qualification- Diploma/ BE Civil Projects Experience: Industrial projects/ Manufacturing plant/ Warehouse plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution Overall responsibility for planning, scheduling, and execution of warehouse/industrial construction projects. Review and approve project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to design, specifications, safety, and quality standards. 2. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead a multidisciplinary project team including site managers, engineers, planners, and safety officers. Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural and MEP contractors. Assign responsibilities, review progress, and resolve bottlenecks. 3. Cost & Budget Management Develop and manage project budgets. Control project costs through value engineering and efficient resource utilization. Approve contractor/vendor bills and ensure timely payments. 4. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as a single point of contact for the client. Provide regular progress updates, resolve escalations, and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are met (labour laws, safety norms, environmental clearances, etc.). Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans. 6. Quality & Safety Assurance Drive quality control and assurance initiatives. Implement health and safety protocols across the site.
