Role & responsibilities Forge Shop Responsibilities: a) Supervise and manage daily operations of forging equipment (mechanical & hydraulic presses, hammers). b) Ensure correct die & tool setting, alignment, and timely changeovers. c) Optimize forging parameters to achieve productivity, quality, and tool life targets. d) Drive process improvements to reduce forging defects, improve yield, and maximize equipment uptime. e) Monitor & control KPIs including production yield, cycle time, rejection %, and OEE.
