We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent document writing abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and official correspondence with accuracy and professionalism. Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations as needed. Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines for ongoing initiatives. Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Or MBA Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. Exceptional document writing and editing skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
