We’re Hiring | Structural Design Engineer (Bridge) 📅 Experience: 1 to 5 Years 💼 Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Expertise) Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering M.Tech/Masters in Structural Engineering (Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Design of Highway/Railway structures as per IRC & IRS Codes , including: Box Type Bridges RCC/PSC Girder Bridges Steel Composite Girder Bridges Geotechnical Design for Structures: Bearing Capacity (Open/Well Foundations) Pile Capacity Calculations Soil-Structure & Rail-Structure Interaction Skills & Requirements: Strong understanding of structural design principles Proficiency in design software tools- STAD.Pro, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc Sound knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and secure approvals of submitted work Thorough understanding of detail design practices Review project specifications and ensure timely delivery of design documents Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction as needed Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively convey technical and information to clients and stakeholders.
