We are looking for a detail-oriented Deburring Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Deburring Operator is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role is critical in preparing components for final inspection, assembly, or shipment. Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing operations on metal and plastic parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards to ensure proper finishing. Use microscopes, callipers other measuring tools to verify part dimensions and surface quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor or quality control team. Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
