We are looking for a Staff Accountant with strong NetSuite experience to join our team. This role will manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), reconciliations, and journal entries —playing a key role in maintaining accurate reporting, smooth month-end close, and overall financial integrity. Responsibilities ✔️ Process AR/AP transactions in NetSuite and maintain vendor/customer accounts ✔️ Perform bank transaction matching, reconciliations, and journal entries ✔️ Support month-end close, reporting, and audits ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting workflows Qualifications ✅ 3–5 years of accounting experience (AR/AP + GL exposure) ✅ Strong NetSuite expertise (Bank Match, reconciliations, reporting) ✅ Solid knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles ✅ Must be able to work U.S. business hours (East Coast) — remote role 📌 Remote Position | 💰 Competitive Salary | 🕒 U.S. East Coast Hours Required
