Travel Consultant and Sr. Travel Consultant job profile We are looking for an experienced Travel & Sr. Travel Consultants to join our team! Travel Consultant duties and responsibilities · Research, explore and study different travel destination options mainly International like Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, malaysia, Maldives, Hong Kong, Europe etc. · Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc. · Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs · Plan and organize travels · Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation on Portals like TBO, Riya, Rayna, Rezlive , MMT etc · Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs · Collect deposits and balances · Offer and promote different services and offerings · Keep learning about latest industry trends Travel Consultant requirements and qualifications · 1 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role for International destinations like Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, Maldives, Hong Kong etc will be an advantage · Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends will be an asset · Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options · Good sales and presentation skills · Customer oriented mindset · Critical thinker and problem solver · Team player · Good organizational and time-management skills · Great interpersonal and communication skills BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant field
