Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint On-Premise applications and workflows using

  SharePoint Designer

  and

  SharePoint Subscription Edition

  .
• Build and customize

  SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, site templates, and pages

  .
• Develop and deploy

  custom SPFx (SharePoint Framework) components

  and client-side web parts using

  React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

  .

• Integration & Automation

• Retrieve, display, and manage SharePoint list and library data using

  REST APIs

  and

  CAML queries

  .
• Implement process automation solutions using

  Power Automate (Flow)

  and

  Power Apps

  .
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems or databases as required.

• Maintenance & Support

• Manage existing SharePoint environments including

  site collection administration, permissions, and content management

  .
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and user support for SharePoint applications.
• Ensure SharePoint sites comply with organizational security and governance policies.

• Project Management & Collaboration

• Understand stakeholder requirements, translate business needs into SharePoint solutions, and manage projects independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, testing, and deployment phases.

• Documentation & Testing

• Prepare detailed technical documentation for developed components, workflows, and configurations.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure quality and performance standards are met during project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years

  of hands-on experience in

  SharePoint On-Premise development

  (SharePoint 2016/2019/Subscription Edition).
• Strong working knowledge of

  SharePoint Designer

  ,

  SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

  , and

  client-side development

  (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Proficiency in

  Power Automate

  ,

  Power Apps

  , and

  REST API integration

  .
• Experience in building custom forms, views, and data-driven web parts.
• Good understanding of

  SharePoint architecture, site collections, content databases, and security model

  .
• Ability to develop and deploy reusable SharePoint components and templates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end development and delivery independently.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365

  environment.
• Familiarity with

  C#

  ASP.NET

  development model.
• Understanding of
