Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Applications (Microsoft Collaboration Administrator) to join our Global Voice and Telepresence -CAT IT Division The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Microsoft Collaboration Tools Analyst to join our team. The analyst will be responsible for effective license management, optimizing MS products, and managing SharePoint Online locked sites to ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines. Actively participate in our demand management process as well as plan feature releases into our tenant. Key Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will actively engage in our demand management process to prioritize and allocate resources, driving business growth and operational excellence. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate feature releases into our tenant to enhance capabilities and achieve strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Effective License ManagementOversee and manage MS product licenses to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. This responsibility ensures that the organization avoids unnecessary costs and legal issues related to licensing, thereby optimizing budget allocation and maintaining operational integrity. OptimizationDrive innovation by optimizing MS products to enhance our technological capabilities. By continuously improving and adapting MS products, the analyst helps the organization stay ahead in the competitive market, ensuring that our tools are always up-to-date and efficient. SharePoint Locked Site ManagementAdminister locked sites to ensure compliance with enterprise document management lifecycle. This ensures that the organization's data is secure and compliant with regulatory standards, protecting the company from potential legal and financial repercussions. What you will have Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in administering and supporting Microsoft collaboration tools. Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing management and compliance requirements. Experience with SharePoint administration, particularly in managing locked sites and ensuring compliance with records and information management guidelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft collaboration tools. 5 days work from office. Preferred Qualifications: Strong administrative expertise of Microsoft 365 applications and services. Microsoft certifications related to collaboration tools and SharePoint administration. Manage the overall health, performance, and availability of the SharePoint environment, ensuring optimal uptime and user experience. Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and other components to support business processes and collaboration needs. Customize and configure SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and applications based on business requirements, using out-of-the-box features and SharePoint Designer.. Implement and manage user access controls, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with Corporate Travel Managements policies. Monitor and audit SharePoint access to identify and mitigate security risks. Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best practices. Monitor system performance, diagnose and resolve issues, and implement optimization strategies to enhance SharePoint performance and scalability. Maintain detailed documentation of SharePoint configurations, changes, and procedures. Generate regular reports on usage, performance, and adoption of SharePoint services. Qualifications Bachelor Degree

Perform SharePoint system administration tasks, including server provisioning, configuration management, patch management and infrastructure automation. Well versed with developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts required for administrative activities and various automation tasks (deployment, monitoring, backups). Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps practices. Collaborate daily with developer teams, QA, operations to build and operate environments across Lifecycles. Monitor & optimize system performance, identify and resolve issues, and ensure system availability and reliability. Be a custodian of the implementation of deployment pipeline; ensure all teams are following best practices from dev/test environments through to production. Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure security & compliance, and seamless integration. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, working closely with development teams to address application-related problems. Automating manual deployments for all applications where possible Designing and developing a strategic solution architecture for DevOps tolling and integrating it into Azure DevOps Services. Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience Settings : Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology 4-6 years experience of SharePoint Administrator / DevOps experience Essential: SharePoint administration and cloud reliability engineering hands-on experience. Proficient in using Azure DevOps Services and infrastructure automation. Experience in deploying and managing applications in Azure environments. Well-versed with cloud technologies, managing server build and operate environments across Lifecycles. Strong team player with experience in reliability engineering or IaaS/cloud architecture groups. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to articulate solutions to a senior as well as a detailed/technical audience. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly and pass on this knowledge onto other team members. Working knowledge of DevOps/Application Lifecycle Management tools, particularly Azure DevOps Services, automation and methodologies used to deploy solutions within a Cloud platform and on-premises. Preferred: Azure DevOps Engineer certified and/or Azure Solutions Architect certified. You have worked as part of an agile development team and have used Azure DevOps Services to manage deployment/operations from end-to-end. Proven track record of managing cloud environments from setup to deployment using automated processes. Experience in the automation of creating infrastructure using technologies such as ARM templates. You invest in your own develop by staying up to date on technology changes and have a broad awareness of wider technology trends. Understanding of security best practices and automating these standards as part of the release process
